G. Stephen Royko Principal/Chief Financial Officer Mr. Royko has more than 25 years of corporate finance and accounting experience at mid-market companies. He has served as President and Chief Financial Officer for several privately held multi-channel retail businesses. He has been a direct participant in the acquisitions of distressed businesses, reducing their operating expenses, expanding product lines, opening new locations and increasing their profits. Further, assisting in the sale of these acquisitions. At Saybrook Capital, Mr. Royko’s responsibility is to oversee the Accounting, Finance and M and A operations. Mr. Royko was instrumental in the startup and the success of Old Glory Boutique Distributing (Old Glory).
